Standard Visitor Long-term visas
If you plan to visit the UK frequently, you have the option of applying for a long-term Standard Visitor visa. This is a two, five, or ten-year visa. A maximum of six months can pass between visits.
Your long-term Standard Visitor visa will only be valid for up to six months after your 18th birthday if you are under the age of eighteen when you apply. The fee is non-refundable.
If UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) determines that you do not meet the eligibility requirements for the duration of the visa you have applied for, you may be granted a shorter visa than you have requested.
If your application is denied or you are granted a shorter visa, you will not receive your application fee back.
If your travel history proves that you are frequently staying in the UK for extended periods of time, your visa may be cancelled.

How much time it takes to receive a verdict
You should receive a decision regarding your visa within three weeks of submitting your online application, proving your identity, and providing the required paperwork.
You can check if you can expedite the processing of your visa decision.
Your application’s decision will be sent to you via email or letter. This will clarify what you should do after that.
Should you need to modify or withdraw your application
Get in touch with UKVI if you need to make changes to your application after it has been submitted.
To have your application canceled, please ask. Your application fee will only be reimbursed if it hasn’t been processed yet.
