France’s national art museum is located in Paris and is called the Louvre or Louvre Museum. Some of the most famous pieces of Western art, such as the Mona Lisa and the Venus de Milo, can be found there. It is situated in the first arrondissement of the city on the Right Bank of the Seine.

The palace is home to some of the world’s most iconic pieces – paintings, sculptures, architectural elements and art objects by famous or anonymous artists of many different origins and eras.

It is the National Museum of France where the fine arts, archaeology and decorative arts meet. There are works like the famous Gioconda of Leonardo da Vinci and the Venus of Milo of Alejandro of Antioch.

Paris is always a good idea.
